How do you source your vendors?
We have a rather impressive database of vendors that we’ve researched and accumulated over our years of working industry. We are relentless about seeking out and including smaller companies, so our database is growing daily. We regularly ask vendors to join our list, but we spend considerable amounts of time sourcing vendors ourselves online, on LinkedIn, at industry conferences, and through word-of-mouth referrals.

Do you recommend or rank the vendors?
No. We do not recommend or rank the vendors nor do we try to sway clients to choose one over another. We provide thorough, honest, and factual information about vendors that meet client requirements. Clients are then free to make a good decision for themselves. Vendors are not allowed to incentivize us or buy their way onto our proposals.

What is your privacy policy?
We never sell our client’s information, nor do we sell the data we have collected on vendors. We only share the vendor’s bid with the client it was created for and never with anyone else. If a client chooses a vendor from the proposal, we make the introduction and the details of the contract are handled between the client and vendor directly. Read our entire Privacy Policy.

What's included in a proposal?
What’s included depends on the type of solution a client is looking for. If a client needs a software or technology-based solution, the proposal will include information such as:
-level of customization, choice of components, and capabilities
-different language and currency options
-GDPR, privacy policies and data-handling options
-compatibility with other platforms and software
-pricing options
-implementation process and timelinesIf a client is looking for a non-software solution (such as executive coaches or facilitators), the proposal will include relevant information such as:
-availability and global time zones
-credentials and experience (industry certifications, education)
-link to work samples (for instructional designers or curriculum developers) -

What is your pricing structure?
Our services are completely free to our clients. If the client chooses to contract with one of the vendors we sourced for them, then we work directly with the vendor to obtain our broker fees, which are 15% of the contract price.
